MEET THE ARTISTS AND ARTISANS AT MYSTIC-OLDE MISTICK VILLAGE,
35th ANNUAL LABOR DAY WEEKEND SHOW AUG. 30-31 & SEPT. 1 -20

Blvd. next to the Steak Loft,
held whatever the weather, in the orchard.
Juried fine artists discuss, demonstrate, and sell their award winning art and handcrafts which include: Oversized marine, impressionistic, land and sea scapes, reverse painting on glass, classic floral, portraiture, coastal, and renaissance styled paintings. Photography, sculpture, childrens illustrations and author attended books. Demonstrations of hand carved wooden shore and water birds, Victorian polymer and chain maille jewelry, New England etched driftwood, lino block prints, natural indigo dyed fabrics, macrame’ name bracelets, contemporary oil paintings on site, 3-D intarsia, mosaic frame making, ceramic and copper wind chimes and house numbers. Florida’s James Beran personalizes his laugh aloud cartoons and satirical drawings of professions, sports, and life's passions.
Early American redware pottery, sand blasted glass objects, hand blown glass sculpture, marbles, paper weights; crystalline ceramics, 6 jewelers present precious gemstone 14 and 18 kt asymmetrical shapes, dichroic glass, sterling silver, lamp glass, original designs; Paintings of tropical paradise triptychs, cityscapes, limnings on antique wooden panels, bowls, stilled instruments. Multi layered acrylic compositions including poetry and messages. Wooden rustic furniture and carved fish. Sergei Novikov entertains with classical key board.
